Class Structure

PART 1 — STIMULUS PRIMER (15 MIN)

Your warm-up will include a race-focused primer designed to elevate heart rate, activate movement patterns, and prepare your body and breathing for the strength and conditioning demands ahead.

PART 2 — HYROX STRENGTH ACCESSORY (15–25 MIN)

This portion focuses on building general-purpose strength that transfers directly to HYROX race stations. Expect progressive strength work aimed at improving:

• Work capacity under fatigue
• Athletic hinge strength
• Quad endurance
• Movement efficiency under elevated heart rate

Athletes will also receive coaching instruction and movement refinement specific to the HYROX race environment.

PART 3 — HYROX RACE WORK CAPACITY PREP (45–55 MIN)

These conditioning pieces are designed for all levels — from first-time participants to experienced HYROX competitors. Programming is built to develop year-round progress and prepare athletes physically and mentally for race day performance.
