RX Gym offers top-notch programming for all individuals looking to ramp up their overall health & physical fitness.

Our programming surrounds the Crossfit methodology: “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity”. It encompasses both strength and conditioning workout modules.

Our knowledgeable and friendly coaches will guide you through class – from the moment you enter the door to the last seconds of your workout.

First Timer

Setting Up

Sign up for a class using the RX Gym App! Plan to arrive 10 minutes early. Come in, change into your workout gear/shoes, and do some light stretching (and catch up with other members!) while waiting for your coach to go over the daily programming.

Prepare to sweat! We recommend wearing workout clothes that you’re most comfortable in. Please do your best to refrain from wearing your workout shoes outside.

Our workouts may seem overwhelming at first. Know that ALL of our programming is adaptable and varies from athlete to athlete. You’ll be surprised how quickly you get the hang of the movements and our coaches will be there to guide you every step of the way.

First time at RX Gym?

When you arrive…

Arrive 10 minutes before your class starts to introduce yourself to your coach. He/she will show you around the facility.

What you wear…

Wear whatever you are most comfortable in and prepare to get sweaty!

We do ask that you keep your workout shoes as indoor shoes only and switch into them after you enter the gym.

Please take a look at the programming ahead of time just in case we have a run scheduled and you may need to gage your gear based on Mother Nature!

What you can expect…

We follow our EFHURT programming on a daily basis, but can easily modify any and all workouts to best suit the ability of each individual member on any given day.
